This website was created by Josh Brewer. All funds will go into Josh's business paypal account (Brewer Investments LLC) where it will be available right away via paypal debit card. ALL donators will get a itemized receipt on what the funds were spent on (please be sure to use an email address that is current, or please write a note in the comments of the donation page). The last day for donations will be Friday, May 31 2019. Mr. Brian Buysman is working with local organizations to see what is needed and we will work on getting those items with the donations received!
Why Paypal?
Paypal was chosen as the donation vehicle because they have the lowest fees plus the money is ready right away. "There are no setup costs or monthly fees. You pay only 2.9% + $0.30 USD per transaction (for example, on a $100 donation, you pay a $3.20 fee)."
Why Not Use GoFundMe?
"GoFundMe is a for-profit company. It takes 5 percent of donations raised on its platform. There is also a 2.9 percent payment-processing fee collected on each donation, along with 30 cents for every donation. That means if a campaign raised $1,000 through 10 donations of $100 each, GoFundMe would collect about $82"
